InfoNet Household Database
 
InfoNet developed and maintains an up-to-date national household database describing information such as phone numbers, names, addresses, apartments and length of residence on over 11 million households accounting for about 75% of all Korean households.

This consumer database is used to update and supplement names, addresses and phone numbers of external customer database, as well as to select target lists for customer acquisition programs.
   
InfoNet Apartment Database
 
InfoNet developed and maintains a very comprehensive apartment database describing highly accurate addresses and assessed values of over 5.4 million apartments covering almost 99% of all Apartments in Korea.
   
Korean Census-based Demographic Database
 
Developed and maintains the Korean Census-based neighborhood characteristic data at the smallest geographical level possible for all 3,500 administrative "dong areas" and 40,000 zip code areas in Korea.

Additionally, Infonet developed and maintains the small area characteristic databases as follows.....

£ªArea Classification DB
   
- DB Classification according to industry type: Residential, Commercial-Retail & Office,
     Tourist, Education.
    - Industry DB further classified into percentage represented in a geographic area.
    - Ratio of residents to movers.

£ªMobility data rea
    - Cinsolidated data from the KT and InfoNet DB resources.
    - Tracking of movers in any given neighborhood: - % New Comer, %Mover,%Churn Ratio.
    - Updated every 6 months, or according to specific needs.

£ª Commercial Area DB
   
- Tracking of data within commerce/trade area, type, scope, employee demographics
     including age and sex.
   
  DB/List Cleaning and Merge/Purge System
 
Developed and maintains a proprietary List Merge/Purge System called SLAAM ¢ç (Systematic List Analysis And Match). This system is used for : ¡¡

    - Cleaning and Standardizing Names / Telephone Numbers / Addresses
    - De-duplicating : 1)Individual Duplicates 2)Household Duplicates 3)Address Duplicates

Developed and maintains a GRF (Geo-Relationship File) system designed to maintain correct address tracking and geo-coding by coordinating geographies and postal encoding of all local addresses.

   
  InfoNet Apartment Database
 
Developed and maintains :

    - MicroTarget ¢ç Lifestyle Clustering System includes trade area mapping capabilities.
     MicroTarget ¢ç is similar to PRIZM and ClusterPlus 2000 (U.S. geo-demographic lifestyle
     clustering systems)

    - Socio-economic and geo-demographic data for more than 3,500 Dong Eup and
     Myon local areas, the smallest administrative area in KOREA and 40,000 zip code areas
     based on Korean Census data

    - Purchase and consumption behavior on 500 brands
    - Media habits on various Magazines, Newspapers and TV Program types.

Twenty-six lifestyle clusters :

    - Developed by classifying all 3,500 small administrative "Dong" and 40,000 zip code areas
     in Korea into 26 kinds of distinct neighborhood areas with each exhibiting similar lifestyle
     and product behavior patterns.


Each lifestyle cluster provides profiles :
    - Describing the demographic and lifestyle characteristics and the purchase and consumption patterns of the people residing within each cluster area.

    - Each cluster is ranked by InfoNet's Socio-Economic Status Indicator(SESI) from the highest (Cluster S1) to the lowest (Cluster S26), and also given a nick-name reflecting the core lifestyle characteristic of the cluster.
Example : Cluster S1 : #1 Apguchung (Nick-name), Highly educated, middle-aged, wealthiest, city apartment families.

   
  Exclusive Access Rights to the Korea Telecom (KT) phone subscriber Database :
     KT SODIS DBM Program
 
Household DB :
Daily updated national household DB, containing information on 15 million or 95% of all Korean households-including phone numbers, names, addresses, length of residence and mobility data(e.g., new movers).

Building / Business DB :
Daily updated business DB, containing information on over 1 million, or 90% fo all Korean companies- including phone numbers, names, and addresses by category.
